Small Group Intensive: Mantra and Yantra Retreat
Mantra and Yantra are tools of Tantra. They represent sound and form, consciousness and energy, and the combined use of these tools aims to focus the mind and to expand the awareness. The created symbol then becomes a vehicle through which we can deepen our understanding of the more subtle layers of the mind and personality and our relationship with the internal and external. We will explore the theory and practice and combine these aspects of sadhana in the process of drawing and painting/ colouring the yantra. Expressions of interest on preferred dates and logistics welcome. Limited places available.
