Yoga Nidra is a lying guided meditation that is deeply relaxing. It has preventive, promotive and curative value. It helps prevent stress and stress-related disorders by inducing deep physical, emotional and mental relaxation. Yoga Nidra awakens the inherent creativity and promotes the learning and memory abilities of the practitioner.
It can be used to help alleviate psychological disorders like anxiety, hostility, insomnia etc. and a wide range of diseases like asthma, coronary heart disease, cancer, hypertension, etc.
This workshop will provide an enjoyable learning environment & take home techniques to share with family & friends. Suitable for beginners.
